Registration includes:
- The conference will be fully in-person. There will be no virutal presenations.
- Access to all program sessions across the duration of the conference for full registrations or on your nominated day of attendance for 1- day registrations.
- Refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks.
- Social reception on Tuesday evening.
- Dinner/gathering on Wednesday evening.
- Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Special IAWF Member and Student rate are available.
Early bird discount is available for full conference registration types. Early bird discount is available until February 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:
- Cancellation on or before March 23, 2026 – refund of 90% of registration fees
- Cancellation after March 24, 2026 – No refund due to cancellation
- You may transfer your registration to another individual at any time with no penalty. Transfer request should be made in writing via email.
